If you are a health care professional, then why not join our next medical aid trip to Iraq to serve the orphans and widows at the fully equipped medical clinic, the refugee camps and orphanages. We need Doctors, Dentists, Optometrists, Nurses and Pharmacists.
NON-HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS
Even if you are not a health care professional, but you are enthusiastic and hard working, help is always needed on the aid trips, so get involved.
INTERPRETERS
If you can speak Arabic, then please join us on our next medical aid trip to Iraq. Without interpreters, the health care professionals are not able to properly carry out their work, so interpreters are essential members of the team.

100% donation policy with zero admin fees. We operate on zero admin fees so please do tick the gift aid box if you are UK taxpayer as it would boost your donation by 25% without any extra cost to you. This allows us to ensure that those less fortunate genuinely receive 100% of your donation. If you would like to donate to a specific project, please visit our campaigns page.
SPONSOR AN ORPHAN
We have over 17000 orphans in Iraq waiting to be sponsored. For £25 a month you can sponsor an orphan. This would provide them with food, clothes, and education. Orphans continue to come to our office every month to ask if a sponsor has come through and it breaks our heart to have to turn them away. We also have many cases of seriously ill children that need to be seen by a health care professional and many will need specialist treatment and operations. Your contribution will help to save lives.
FUNDRAISING
Organise a fundraising event to raise money for A World Without Barriers. This could be anything you like, such as running a marathon, a sponsored cycle ride, a cake sale, or even climbing a mountain. Surprise us with your creativity, the ways to fundraise are endless!
